How to Take Care of DTF Transfer Apparel

✅ Washing Instructions

• Turn garments inside out before washing – this reduces friction on the design.
• Cold water wash (30°C / 86°F or lower) is best for preserving colors and adhesive.
• Use a gentle cycle.
• Mild detergent only – avoid bleach, fabric softeners, or harsh chemicals.

✅ Drying Instructions

• Air dry when possible – hang drying is best.
• If using a dryer, low heat or tumble dry delicate.
• Avoid high heat, as it can damage the adhesive and cause peeling.

✅ Ironing & Heat

• Do not iron directly on the transfer.
• If ironing is necessary, turn the garment inside out or cover the print with parchment paper or a pressing cloth.

✅ Longevity Tips

• Wash new garments at least 24–48 hours after pressing to allow full curing.
• Do not dry clean (chemicals can break down the adhesive).
• Store folded, not crumpled, to prevent cracking or creasing of the design.
